MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
Party A: Hubei University of Technology, P.R. China
Party B: Higher Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology of Sousse, Tunisia
Party A and Party B hereby enter into this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and establish a partnership on the principle of mutual benefit and joint development.
This MOU is aimed at encouraging the two parties to initiate collaborative activities in the areas of education, scientific research, enhancing international understanding, promoting academic collaboration, facilitating cultural exchange, and a deepening friendship between the two parties.
The areas of cooperation include, but are not limited to, the following programs:
1. Joint education programs
- Joint undergraduate education program
- Joint postgraduate education program
- Joint PhD education program
2. Faculty members academic exchange programs
3. Student exchange programs
4. Joint academic conferences and joint scientific research programs
Prior to the initiation of any specific program, a written agreement regarding the details of program implementation shall be concluded under the framework of this MOU.
This MOU is effective for six years and can be renewed upon expiry by mutual consent.
